The path panel is where you can edit the export paths for textures and objects, as well as manage folder creation and naming.
The export path is the location where the textures and objects will be exported. By default, this path points to the desktop, but you can easily change it using the path preset option or the folder button.
Clicking the button with the folder icon opens a window where you can select the target folder, which will update the export path.
In the newly opened window, a folder can be selected, and by clicking on the select folder button the export path is set to the location of the selected folder.

The export path can also be changed by typing a new path or pasting a copied path.
The path preset allows for quick changes to the export path. Depending on the selected preset option, the export path is adjusted accordingly.
The preset can be either a path to the desktop, the project's saved path, the system's temporary folder, or the project's temporary folder.
The folder panel manages which folders are created and which are not, as well as what is included in the sub-folder names.
When the create master option is enabled, a new folder is created for each baked object, and the corresponding textures are placed inside these folders. If the master folder is not created, all textures are exported directly to the specified export path.
When enabled, subfolders are created for each bake type using the specified custom name for that type. When disabled, textures are exported directly into the specified export path.
This option is especially useful when baking textures at multiple scales, as it allows for automatic categorization by texture types.
When the use prefix option is enabled, prefixes from the baked objects are added to the names of the created subfolders. If disabled, the subfolders are named after the texture types without any object's prefix.
This option is only available when the subfolders are also enabled.
This option is especially helpful when the create master option is disabled but you're baking textures for multiple objects.
