The margin panel only contains a few settings, of which the margin type and margin size are default Blender settings.
The only non-default option is the auto adjust checkbox. When enabled, it will adjust the set margin size based on the size of the baked texture.
The set margin size is adjusted for a texture size of 1024 pixels.
